Reasoning for Nomination: No one has done more to make this site a success. Honor those that make the effort!

Personal Testimony: Almost all of you know our fearless leader already, so there is no point in gilding the Austran Rose here.
For those of you who don't know, Otto is one of the most level-headed people I've met, as well as generous and meticulous.
Not to mention that, when you do get him to actually write an ic post, it is generally worthy of being a page or two torn from a classic published work, and his world building is A+
